Computer Repair Guarantee

I personally guarantee all any computer repair work I perform for 30 days from the date the computer service was completed (see disclaimer below for any exceptions). My goal is to make your home computer or small business IT solution work it's best, and to make you a 100% satisfied customer. Your continued business, relationship, and referrals are essential to the success of my business.

Computer Warranty

Pewaukee PC computers are thoroughly tested prior to customer delivery. I personally guarantee all new computers that I build for 1 year parts and labor. I will repair and replace any defective parts on any machine I sell. 3-year extended warranties are available (prices vary per system build). Pewaukee PC is not responsible for any re-infections with viruses or other malware, not responsible for water, power, or any other environmental damages (including acts of God), for damages relating to end-user negligence, and/or for any other damages not directly resulting from the service work performed by us. Pewaukee PC is not in any way responsible for electronic data loss prior to, during, or after our scheduled service call. The customer is fully responsible for maintaining the integrity of all their electronic data. It is strongly recommended that duplicate full backups and backup verifications are completed prior to any service work being performed by us. While due diligence will be taken with all equipment and computer data during the repair process, please understand that Pewaukee PC, LLC is not liable for data loss, and no additional warranty, implicit or implied, is granted as a result of providing this computer service.
